ST 33/10: Twenty-two countries

Close to fifty people have signed up for the workshop tomorrow.

We will have three parallel courses, with about fifteen persons in each. Colleen Cook, Wanda Dole and Tord Høivik will guide the courses, with (really invaluable!) assistance from Britt Omstedt and her team at the University of Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. Each of the courses will also have a co-director from the Statistics and Evaluation Section.

There is quite a good geographical spread among the participants:

  • Botswana
  • Canada
  • Croatia
  • Finland: 2 + one co-director
  • Germany: 1 + 1 one director
  • Iceland
  • Ireland
  • Italy: 2
  • Korea
  • Lithuania
  • Mexico: 3
  • Nigeria: 3
  • Norway: 1 + one director
  • Pakistan
  • Russia: 2
  • Serbia: 2
  • Singapore
  • Slovenia: 2
  • Sweden:  5
  • Trinidad and Tobago: 2
  • UK: 2
  • USA: 4 + two directors

One course, conducted by Tord Høivik (Norway) and Toni Feliu Oller (Spain),  will be run as a bilingual event
